With the support of the Carytown Merchants Association’s clothing shop owners, we devel- oped a digital self-guided tour that shares the stories of the small fashion businesses in Cary- town, and highlights their historical and par- ticular perspectives.

Our team wanted to share these stories in a way that would be accessible and relatable to the public. We accomplished this through the popularity of social media, and created an Ins- tagram page titled, “Carytown Catwalk | Self-Guided Tour.”

On our Instagram page (QR access code locat- ed bottom right) you will find a collection of hand painted fashion graphics, audios, writ- ings, shop images, and a Google Tour that takes you down the fashion path of Carytown. Through the Google Tour you can easily locate shop addresses, Google images, and a shop phone number .

This project highlights our community mem- bers and their artistry that continues to make Carytown a lively, interactive, and exciting place to spend your time.
